Credit Card
Credit cards can work for you or against you. The luxury is in making the decision.
Credit Card - A Blessing And A Curse
I am sure you are wondering why I refer to the credit card as a blessing and a curse. I refer to the credit card like that because depending on the person, and how they use it, it can either be the greatest invention ever, or the means to financial ruin. I hope that with some of the information you learn here today, your credit card will work as a blessing.
The Credit Card Works As a Blessing
If you are a responsible and well-informed consumer, you know that the credit card is a privilege not to be taken advantage of. The spending power and financial stability that comes with it is immense. If you really intend on using the credit card the way it was intended, then you are one of the few. If you have an emergency or an event where you don't have enough cash on your person, the credit card is ideal. But too many folks make the mistake of assuming that paying with a credit card is like paying with someone else's money. That's when the privilege of credit cards turns into a curse.
The Credit Card Can Look Like a Curse
If not respected, the credit card can seem more like a curse than a blessing, or a privilege. Too many people spend recklessly and end up in debt up to their eyeballs. Too many folks make the mistake of making luxury purchases on the credit card and paying minimums as a way to remedy that horrifying monthly statement. Truth is, paying the minimums is the way that many of these credit card companies capitalize off of our ignorance.
This lesson just goes to show you that the nature of the credit card is in your hands. You can either live in perfect harmony, or you can disrespect it and force yourself into a world where you are looking for credit card debt relief. The choice is truly up to you. Don't become one of the 50 million in dire search of credit card debt reduction. Become one of the other millions that enjoy the fruits of their labor responsibly and intelligently. No more paying minimums. Start reading the fine print. Start living responsibly.
